END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT - HOME EDITION
By installing the program, you accept the terms of this Agreement.
1.1 The “Photo Shapes” program (the "Software") is protected by international copyright laws.
1.2 This license grants the rights to use “Photo Shapes - Home edition” for non-commercial purposes only. This license is granted to all the members of your family. You should not redistribute this software in any way.
1.3 Home edition have limitations on some of the features, like - maximal collage size.
1.4 Support for this software is provided by e-mail only and in English only.
1.5 This software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. Authors of the software shall not be liable for damages or other liability arising from or with connection with the software.
1.6 “Photo shapes” TM is a trademark owned by the creator of the software and may not be used in any misleading or offensive way.
1.7 You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or alter in any way this software. This software is licensed as integral product; its components may not be separated.
1.8 This software contains third party components that are protected by copyright law and have associated license agreement in license folder.
1.9 Any issues not mentioned in this document should be communicated with the creator of this software.
